Pizza For Dessert

Nom nom nom! :)

This is not a normal pizza, this in a dessert pizza! I had heard about it and I wanted to try it so badly! Then I finally got to do it and it was sooo delicious! The cream that is on it was delicious as well :)

The good things is that it's very easy to do, you don't need any food or bakery skills here!

Puff pastry plates (as many as you want)
You can take any fruits that you like

1 Vanilla pod
Chocolate (it's normal milk chocolate in this one)

Oven: 200 C
Time: Around 15 minutes but keep an eye on them!

How to
1. Place the puff pastry plates on a baking sheet with baking paper on and roll the plates out a little.

2. Fry the fruit in a frying pan (but not the strawberries!) with some sugar and cinnamon. But don't fry them too much, they need some crunch!

3. Place the fried fruits on the pastry plates and leave one centimeter around the edges.

4.  Put the plates in the oven.

5. Start doing the cream! Put mascarpone, one vanilla pod and chocolate in a bowl. Take as much as you like. It depends on how many people you are and so on. I hate mascarpone but if I have a lot of chocolate in it, it's okay!

6. When the plates are done and have some color, take them out. Wait some minutes before putting on the cream. While you're waiting, cut some strawberries.

7. Put on the cream and the strawberries and then ENJOY!
